Broccoli Stir-Fry

A quick and healthy stir-fry dish featuring fresh broccoli and a delicious sauce.

Steps

1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. 2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. 3. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until they are crisp-tender. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. 5. Pour the sauce over the broccoli in the skillet and stir well to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. 6. Serve the broccoli stir-fry as a main dish or with steamed rice or noodles.
