Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

This cheesy and savory mushroom is a great dinner option for a comfort meal. It it delicious and yet rather easy to make.

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350º F. 2. Remove the stem of the mushroom and discard. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic and oregano. 4. Stuff the mushroom with your desired filling, top with mozzarella cheese. 5. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. 6. Serve warm!

-1 large white mushroom -2/3 cup of mozzarella cheese - dried oregano - 1 tablespoon of olive oil - 1/4 teaspoon of garlic - Optional filling: 1 teaspoon of cream cheese, diced sun-dried tomatoes, cooked sausage.
