Steps
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more maple syrup.
- Transfer the mousse to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
