1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Rub the rabbit leg with olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. 3. In a roasting pan, place the seasoned rabbit leg along with the carrots, parsnip, and turnip. 4. Dot the vegetables with butter. 5. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the rabbit is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. 6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. 7.
