1. In a bowl, mix together the salmon, labneh cheese, cilantro, oregano and garlic 2. In a separate bowl, mix together the sodium alginate and calcium chloride 3. Layer a spoonful of the salmon mixture on top of the calcium chloride solution, then carefully spoon it off with a slotted spoon 4. Place the spoonful in a container filled with cold water 5. Allow the ravioli to sit for 15 minutes 6. Once set, gently lift the ravioli out of the water 7. Serve the ravioli warm and enjoy!
