Pasta Primavera

A delicious Italian pasta dish made with a mix of fresh vegetables.

Steps

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta to it. Cook until al dente. 2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. 3. Add the vegetables to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Add the wine and vegetable broth and simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes more. 5. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the vegetables. 6. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Serve the pasta primavera warm.

60g (2 oz) of dry pasta 1/4 cup of olive oil 3 cloves of garlic, minced 2 cups of mix vegetables, chopped (e.g. bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, frozen peas, etc.) 1/4 cup of white wine 1/4 cup of vegetable broth 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
