Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat.
2. Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
3. Add diced chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs. Cook until browned.
4. Stir in chopped bell peppers and green peas, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the rice, stirring to combine, then pour in the chicken broth.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
7. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
