Steps

3. In a small bowl, mix the miso paste with a little hot broth until smooth, then stir it back into the pot.
4. Add soy sauce, cubed tofu, and a pinch of sea salt; simmer for another 2 minutes.
5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onion and optional seaweed.
