Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Sear the turkey breast on all sides until golden brown. 5. Transfer the turkey breast to a baking dish. 6. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped nuts, sliced olives, pear slices, and spinach. 7.
