Steps
1. In a wok or large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
2. Add beaten eggs and scramble until cooked through. Remove from the wok.
3. In the same wok, add broccoli and stir-fry until slightly tender.
4. Add cooked rice, milk, and diced tomato. Stir well to combine.
5. Add the scrambled eggs back into the wok and stir to mix everything together.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
