Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked through and golden brown.
4. While the chicken is cooking, in a separate pan, add the sliced apples and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
5. Drizzle the honey over the apples and stir to combine.
6. Once the chicken is done, place it on a plate, top it with the sautéed apples, and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
7. Return the plate to the skillet for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese slightly.
8. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired and serve hot.
