Middle Eastern Stuffed Grape Leaves

These delicious Arab-inspired stuffed grape leaves are a perfect snack or appetizer. Filled with a flavorful mixture of rice, herbs, and spices, they are a tasty and satisfying treat.

Steps

1. Blanch the grape leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and set aside. 2. In a bowl, mix the rice, parsley, mint, onion, olive oil, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. 3. Place a spoonful of the rice mixture in the center of each grape leaf and fold the sides over the filling, then roll tightly. 4. Place the stuffed grape leaves in a pot, cover with water, and simmer for 30-40 minutes. 5. Serve the grape leaves with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.

6-8 grape leaves, 1/4 cup uncooked rice, 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp ground coriander, Salt and pepper to taste, Lemon wedges for serving
