Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the cooled brewed coffee, minced garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the chicken breast in the mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and reserve the marinade for later.
5. Cook the chicken in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown.
6. Add the reserved marinade to the skillet and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly.
7. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken before serving.
