Steps
1. Peel the potato and cut it into small cubes.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the potato cubes with cornstarch, five-spice powder, garlic powder, soy sauce, and salt. Toss well to coat.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated potato cubes and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
